The moon can help at every diet! 

 

 

Nowadays the most common way to find out, if you have overweight, normal weight, or underweight is the calculation of the Body Mass Index (BMI). The BMI Index has almost substituted the well known Broca - formula: normal weight = body seize (cm) - 100 simply because it is too general. For your doctor, traditional healer or your health insurance the BMI  is more important.

The BMI is calculated by the body weight (kg) divided by the square of the body seize (m2).
The formula is: 

BMI = Body weight / (body seize in m2)2

The desirable body weight depends on your age and sex. The following tabulations provide a survey:

But:
Not only the BMI also the distribution of fat is important. It is vital for the medical judgment, - also for the beauty - where the superfluous pounds are. Moreover the BMI does not apply to children, adolescents, competitive athletes or body builders (they take special food for sportsmen / sportswomen and nutrition supplements).
If you have a lot of overweight not only the moon will help you, but also your health insurance respectively your doctor or traditional (alternative healer).

If you intent do start a diet or want to fast for general health reasons, according to my knowledge a purgation of the bowls is useful. (for example by yoga, colon-hydro therapy, enema etc. )
